This policy explains how TeslaBonus processes personal data and uses cookies when you visit our website. We collect as little data as possible.
1. Data controller
The data controller for this site is TeslaBonus. Privacy questions can be sent to kontakt@eiken-it.dk.
2. What data we process
We have no user accounts, newsletters or payments, and we do not ask you for personal data. When you click a Tesla referral link you are taken to tesla.com – the order itself happens at Tesla under their own privacy policy. We only process statistics via Google Analytics plus ordinary technical log data (e.g. anonymised IP, browser type and pages visited).
3. Cookies and similar technologies
We use the following cookies and local storage:

4. Legal basis
Statistics cookies (Google Analytics) are used on the basis of your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Necessary/functional storage (e.g. your language choice) is used on the basis of our legitimate interest in making the site work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time.
5. Third parties
We use Google Analytics and Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.). When you click through to Tesla, Tesla's own privacy policy applies. We never sell your data.
6. Retention
Statistics data is kept for up to 14 months and then automatically deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, and data portability. You may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Contact us at kontakt@eiken-it.dk to exercise your rights.
